It is important to note that treatment plans will be different for each person, and that treatment time will differ accordingly. Your practitioner will discuss this in detail with you.
We understand that sometimes patient's may need to change their appointments. We request patients give at least 24hrs notice when either cancelling and/or rescheduling appointments.
Our policy is to confirm appointments 24hrs ahead of time via SMS. If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact reception on 9960 2122, reply to the text message reminder or send us an email to email@example.com
Patients who give less than 24hrs notice may incur a cancellation charge. Occasionally, keeping a scheduled appointment may not always be possible due to unforeseen circumstances. We will take that into consideration before charging a missed appointment fee.
